These are photos from SPECTRUM's 2nd Anniversary Open House. The planners made what turned out to be a profound tactical error for this event. It was thought that it would be useful to invite all candidates for the upcoming municipal elections (just a few weeks away). It turned out that almost of of them want to make a speech, and they dominated the formal part of the proceedings. Live and learn!
