These are photos from the Grand Opening of SPECTRUM on 2012, September 30. At the time, the official name was the Community Space of Waterloo Region's Rainbow Coalition (WRRC).

The following dignitaries were present and shown in the various photos: Peter Braid (MP for KItchener-Waterloo), Ken Seiling (Regional Chair of Waterloo Region), Carl Zehr (Mayor of Kitchener), and Jeff Henry (Councillor City of Waterloo).
